Professional Rugby player, Brent Russell endorses PX2™
Former Springbok Rugby legend, Brent Russell, who currently plays 1st class Rugby in France was first exposed to The Pacific Institute’s materials back when he was a Springbok in training.
There is little doubt as to the natural talent of Russell, who has always had a flare for sport throughout his life. Tim Noakes once commented that Brent’s spark in game situations and lightning decision-making abilities are probably something that he himself can’t quite explain. When I questioned Brent about this, he confirmed absolutely, that this is very true : “I just don’t know how I do some of the things I do”, he told me.
Of course, thanks to our curriculum, Brent developed a far greater understanding of the way high performance people operate, (in this case “free-flowing” performance sub-consciously), which Brent was then able to apply and condition himself with.
We are delighted that Brent is endorsing our products and processes – As a Performance coach at PX2, it is a privilege to play a mental coach role in his life, and we aim to hopefully continue to add tools to his own toolbox.
