“NITTY GRITTY”

This section explains a little more about how PX2 works, costs and what next steps may include.

How does a typical course work?

PX2 is a 12 Unit course that is flexible in its application. In its typical form, a group of between 10-20 people can go through the course in 3 full (8 hour) days. It is a facilitated experiential learning process that incorporates hands-on exercises with short DVD’s of dynamic teaching, to bring incredibly profound learning and assimilation. Each participant is guided through key concepts, definitions and personal application of the material. It also provides valuable reflection time, which is largely a neglected practice in today’s busy world.

How much does PX2 Cost?

There are various packages and permutations (dependent on facilitation and venue costs [insert link to Costing] ) etc., but the constant is the PX2 Product. Our 2011 Rates are as follows:

Community
The PRM (Personal Resource Manual) = R560.00 per person (Excl. VAT).
Corporate
The PRM (Personal Resource Manual) = R1120.00 per person (Excl. VAT).

Who facilitates, and what are the facilitation costs?

PX2 South Africa has a dynamic team of ready, trained people that expertly facilitate PX2 and the processes or products that surround a client’s needs.

However, our model is to equip and train an organisation’s own person or people as facilitators of PX2, effectively enabling them to run PX2 courses, under license, for their organisation. We have found that this saves a lot of money (in facilitation fees). Furthermore, if the training is done by the organisation, it provides significant team dynamics and continuity that can be applied contextually, as well as becoming a foundation with longevity for that team.

Further costs can be saved through the organisation catering for their people “in-house”, reducing venue and catering costs. This becomes more practical, as the organisation’s own resources are utilised.
